UNA University Center Names Library for Purdue ABE Alumnus Mauri Fortes, PhD
Monday, March 4, 2013, The Vice-President of UNA University Center Professor Átila Simões da Cunha and Guajajaras Campus Director Professor Carolina Marra will unveil the plaque designating the campus library as “Professor Dr. Mauri Fortes Library.” Dr. Fortes received his PhD from Purdue Agricultural & Biological Engineering in 1978, under the tutelage of Professor Martin Okos.
