Minorities in Nuclear Engineering & Sciences (MINES)
Minorities in Nuclear Engineering and Sciences (MINES) is intended to provide a means for public education regarding nuclear energy, policy, and technology, facilitate minority recruitment into the Nuclear sciences, and develop a cross-disciplinary network of underrepresented minorities (URMs) in any nuclear-related field. MINES members participate in professional development and mentorship opportunities and outreach efforts to community colleges, elementary and high schools.
