Meet Alumni: Emily Storm
Emily is a native Indianapolis Hoosier, attending first Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School then Purdue University for her Undergraduate degree in Nuclear Engineering. After graduation, Emily spent four years working for Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, a Department of Energy research laboratory, as a Nuclear Physicist. Her first career provided experience in technology design, product manufacture, product testing, and customer support.
After returning to Graduate School, as a Joint Degree with the Maurer School of Law, Emily studied Public Affairs at the top ranked IU-Bloomington SPEA School. There, she focused her studies on regulatory government compliance and regulation policy evaluation. In Law School, Emily focused on Intellectual Property, and Business Law. Additionally, Emily served as the Editor-in-Chief to Volume 5 of the IP Theory Law Journal published by the IU Center for Intellectual Property Research.
Emily was a summer clerk with Ice Miller in 2012 before graduating Maurer School of Law cum laude, and joining the Firm as an associate in 2015. Emily is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
Outside of the law, Emily is active in her sorority, Sigma Kappa, as a current collegiate chapter advisor and an active member of the American Nuclear Society.
