The toy is very dependent on how much effort children put into it. If there is enough interest in using the tools, the toy could lend itself to a strong understanding of making prototypes. The set encourages using what would normally be considered “waste” products, such as cardboard, to create anything from toys to structures, allowing children to make precise measurements and stability decisions. The provided tools and screws are perfect for making basic designs, but the website has a list of 3D-printed parts, including hinges and drill bits, to create more complex designs.
