Graduate Students and Faculty Honored

The College of Engineering recently held the 2022-23 Graduate Education Awards ceremony to honor outstanding graduate students.

The School of Industrial Engineering was well represented at the awards luncheon, as the honor for Outstanding Graduate Student Research was awarded to Sid Deng, who is advised by Yuehwern Yih and John Sutherland.

The Outstanding Graduate Student Service Scholarship award went to Emily Garcia, advised by Zachary Hass and Paul Griffin. 

Jingkun Wang, Daniel Tillinghast and Lucas Mori each received the Magoon Award for Excellence in Teaching.  

Professor Vincent Duffy was also honored at the ceremony with the Outstanding Faculty Mentor Award.
