Graduate Student Shinbeom Lee’s presentation about the paper “Aldol condensation of n-butyraldehyde in a biphasic stirred tank reactor: Experiments and models” was selected as the best presentation during the Multiphase Reaction Engineering II session of the 2014 AIChE Annual Meeting.

Lee’s talk covered the investigation of reactor modeling for n-butyraldehyde aldol condensation under industrially relevant conditions. Lee is advised by Professor Arvind Varma.
