Rakesh Agrawal and Colleagues Receive EFRI Grant from NSF

The NSF Office of Emerging Frontiers in Research and Innovation has awarded a $2M grant to Professor Rakesh Agrawal and colleagues.

Rakesh Agrawal, Winthrop E. Stone Distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering, is the Principal Investigator on a four year grant from the Office of Emerging Frontiers in Research and Innovation, NSF. The grant, totaling $2M, is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and is focused on Maximizing Conversion of Biomass Carbon to Liquid Fuel. Professors Nicholas Delgass and Fabio Ribeiro, along with three other professors from Purdue, are Co-PIs on this grant.
