Christopher Bowman, Purdue Alumnus (BS ChE ‘88, PhD ’91), is recipient of the 2009 Charles M. A. Stine Award from the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). Dr. Bowman is the Associate Dean for Research, Patten Professor of Chemical and Biological Engineering, Clinical Professor of Restorative Dentistry and Co-Director of the NSF I/UCRC for Fundamentals and Applications and Photopolymerizations at the University of Colorado - Boulder. He has received many prior honors, including AIChE’s Colburn Award (2001) and the R.H. Wilhelm Award (2006).
