The AAE Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is hosting a virtual listening session together with the Women in Engineering program. This is an opportunity for you to talk about the study, research, and work climates in the school and to share your own experiences. The department wants to develop and pursue some actionable steps to make AAE an ever-friendlier environment to diverse groups in engineering.
The event’s moderator will be Beth Holloway, director of the Women In Engineering program and Purdue’s assistant dean of diversity and engagement. AAE head Bill Crossley and a member of the school's DEI committee will also be present to hear your concerns.
