Graduate Program

The Purdue University School of Aeronautics and Astronautics is among the top aerospace engineering programs in the nation and is currently tied for 4th in the last US News and World Report rankings of aerospace graduate programs. During Fall 2013, we had a total of 421 students with 150 in the PhD program. During the 2013-2014 academic year, the School graduated 90 MS and 21 PhD students. We have had many distinguished alumni pass through our doors. The School began offering non-thesis MS AAE degrees in the fall of 2006 to off-campus students via Purdue's Engineering Professional Education Program; see AAE's Distance Graduate Education Program for more information.
