The student organization, founded by IE students Sneha Beedu and Cassie Megwa, the goal of the organization is to give professional, social, and outreach opportunities to Industrial Engineering students, as well as students in related studies such as Industrial Engineering Technology and students pursuing Systems Engineering Certifications.  The fall 2024 semester is their first full semester since being founded in the spring and they have witnessed incredible growth, reaching 60 members.

Members have had the opportunity to attend events like the SWE Conference that took place in Chicago. The group has also organized and hosted networking events with companies like ASML and Rivian.
