Jeff Anderson welcomed as new Chief Development Officer

Jeff Anderson recently joined the Purdue University School of Industrial Engineering as the new Chief Development Officer.

Jeff joined the University Development Office - and the College of Engineering - in June 2017 for the final two years of the Ever True Campaign.

Over the last 5 years working for the Dean of Engineering, Mung Chiang, Jeff supported all 11 schools across the college as well as academic programs including Construction Engineering and Management (CEM), Environmental and Ecological Engineering (EEE), Minority Engineering Program (MEP), Women in Engineering Program (WIEP), and EPICS (Engineering Projects in Community Service).

“It is a privilege and honor to work with the global industrial engineering community as we introduce Dr. Son as the new head of the School. I look forward to welcoming all IE alumni, extended families, and their professional networks back to West Lafayette next fall”, says Jeff.  “I encourage anyone visiting campus to stop by Grissom Hall to say hello and would enjoy the opportunity to coordinate a time to connect virtually or in-person as we travel the country in the coming months”.

Prior to Purdue, Jeff served as a Development Officer at Culver Academies (a private high school) in north central Indiana, where he also coached their nationally ranked men’s lacrosse program.  Born and raised in New England, Jeff has called Indiana home since 2013 and currently lives in West Lafayette with his wife Ashley, as well as their two boys Parker (6) & Keegan (3).

If you would like to speak with Jeff about any IE alumni or development related initiatives, please call his direct office line (765) 494-0023 or email at JSAnderson@PurdueForLife.org. Hail Purdue!
