Videos Highlight IE Climate Change Research

Purdue Climate Change Research Center Video Competition Winners Announced
Graduate student, Jingya Wang, makes a splash with "Adapt to Sea Level" video in the Climate Change Research Video Competition.

The competition was sponsored by the Purdue Climate Change Research Center and featured cash prizes in several categories.

Purdue IE graduate student, Jingya Wang, is advised by IE Faculty member, Dr. David Johnson. Wang's video received both an honorable mention in the graduate student competition and won the "People's Choice" award.

In addition to Wang's work, IE was well represented. Purdue IE faculty member, Dr. Roshanak Nateghi advises Environmental and Ecological Engineering student, Debora Maia Silva, winner of the graduate student competition.

Awards for this competition include first prize ($1,000), second prize ($750), third prize ($500), and honorable mentions ($250 each).
