Mohammad Moshref-Javadi receives the Tompkins International Honor Scholarship
Mohammad’s PhD research focuses on the design of customer-oriented logistics and supply chain system by minimizing the waiting time of the product/service recipients. The applications of the research includes both business environment which aims at higher customer satisfaction, as well as disaster situation with the goal of minimum losses and damages.
Mohammad has accomplished several logistics and material handling design projects as a consultant/analyst. The design of efficient facility layouts and material flow, optimization of warehouse logistic operations, design of efficient logistic networks and distribution systems, and utilizing big data analysis in material handling systems design are some examples of his experience in this field.
