Nathalie (Saplala) Nunez is Vice President of US End to End Planning at Mondelēz International. She has over 25 years experience in operational management with a breadth of supply chain experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, planning and allocation. She is passionate and results-driven leader with a proven track record of improving organizational effectiveness through high employee engagement. Before she joined Mondelēz International, she worked at PepsiCo for about 9 years, where she held various positions, including Sr. Director of Planning, Director of Supply Planning, Director of Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Senior Manager. As a Sr. Director of Planning, she led the supply, demand and contract operations planning for the Central Division. As a Director of Supply Planning, she led the supply planning teams within the Midwest and Great Lakes regions. Also, she collaborated with the Manufacturing, Transport and Sales teams to ensure that the regions’ assets are optimized in order to provide world class service. Prior to her positions at PepsiCo, she was a Senior Manager of North America Planning at Avon, where she led and developed the personal care and fragrance teams of twelve managers and planners who ensures $400M worth of sales is manufactured at internal manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers meet service levels while attaining inventory level goal. In Sep. 2023, Nathalie was one of the panel members for the IE Alumni (“IE = CEO”) Homecoming Panel that took place at Purdue.
