Fueling the future: Tapping into 100-year supply of natural gas

A Purdue University research team led by Davidson School of Chemical Engineering Professor Jeffrey Miller has come up with a series of patented solutions to address challenges in United States energy production. The team developed a two-step process to convert shale natural gas to liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel, which may help to drive down production costs.

Dr. Vilas Pol receives ACerS Richard M. Fulrath Award

Davidson School of Chemical Engineering Professor Vilas Pol has been selected to receive The American Ceramic Society's Richard M. Fulrath Award - American Academic. The award will be presented at the Honors and Awards Banquet at the American Ceramic Society (ACerS) 121st Annual Meeting on September 30, 2019 in Portland, Oregon.
