Purdue University Board of Trustees ratified the appointments of Brandon M. Fulk as the inaugural Walsh Group Director of Internships for the Division of Construction and Engineering Management.

The Purdue University Board of Trustees on Friday (Aug. 2) ratified six named faculty positions, approved the naming of a study abroad program and two campus facilities, and issued a resolution of appreciation for friends of the university.

Hubo Cai, Associate Professor of Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering and Management, and PhD student Xin Xu received 3rd place for their paper, "Modeling 3D Spatial Constraints to Support Utility Compliance Checking," at the 2019 ASCE International Conference on Computing in Civil Engineering (i3CE2019) in Atlanta, Georgia.

CEM Sophomore Mayra Pena was recognized at HACIA’s Annual Awards Banquet earlier this week as one of the 8 recipients of this year’s HACIA scholarships.

CEM Sophomore Mayra Pena attended the Women’s Construction Leadership Seminar (WCLS) held by Kiewit Corporation in Aurora, CO last month. The seminar was a two day event focused on developing the leadership skills of collegiate women.

Nathaniel Leestma was selected as our Outstanding Undergraduate Academic Achievement Award recipient. Kaleigh McGinn was chosen to receive our Outstanding Service Award recipient.

The Asphalt Pavement Association of Indiana (APAI) has named Autumn Lee and Sam Conrad 2018 APAI Scholars.
