Purdue Team places 3rd in national Traffic Bowl competition

Congratulations to the Purdue Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) team on placing 3rd at the ITE Traffic Bowl Grand Championship, held August 3rd, 2015 in Hollywood, Florida! The Purdue team consisted of transportation engineering students Jijo Mathew, Maggie McNamara, Michelle Mekker, and Thomas Hall. Purdue ITE is advised by Professor Darcy Bullock.
The annual Traffic Bowl competition brings together the nine ITE student chapter district winners to compete using transportation engineering and planning topics for the clues, questions, and answers. Altogether, a total of 61 teams participated this year in district-level Traffic Bowl competitions throughout the United States and Canada.
