Purdue Civil Engineering Burke Graduate Program ranked #5 in the nation

The Lyles School of Civil Engineering’s Christopher B. and Susan S. Burke Graduate Program in Civil Engineering has been recognized as a top 5 graduate program in the country.

U.S. News & World Report has released its national rankings of graduate programs for 2025 with Purdue Civil Engineering ranked #5 in the nation. The graduate rankings are computed from research activity the responses to a survey sent to deans, heads, and selected senior faculty.

This school year, Purdue Civil Engineering’s grad program, online graduate program, and undergraduate program have all been ranked in the top five in their respective areas. Our online graduate program was ranked #2 and our undergraduate program was ranked #4 in the nation.

Overall, Purdue’s College of Engineering graduate program was ranked sixth in the nation.
