Tho Le is a Purdue graduate student pursuing a dual degree program: a Ph.D. student in Civil Engineering (Transportation Engineering) and a Master student in Industrial Engineering.

Back in 2016, Tho met Professor Tom van Woensel from Eindhoven University of Technology (Netherlands) at an Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) conference. As the two shared details of their research, they were able to collaborate on various projects.

This summer, Tho accepted an invitation from Professor van Woensel for a fully-funded research visit to Eindhoven University of Technology. Together with his advisor, Professor Satish Ukkusuri, Tho and two TEU professors collaborated on a project of matching and routing strategies for emerging crowd-shipping systems.
