Ghahari, Hunter receive Edward J. Cox Memorial Transportation Scholarship Award

Lyles School of Civil Engineering graduate student Seyed Ali Ghahari and undergraduate student Margaret Hunter have been named recipients of the 2019 Edward J. Cox Memorial Transportation Scholarship Awards. The award is presented annually by the Indiana Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

Lyles School of Civil Engineering graduate student Seyed Ali Ghahari and undergraduate student Margaret Hunter have been named recipients of the 2019 Edward J. Cox Memorial Transportation Scholarship Awards. The award is presented annually by the Indiana Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

The main purpose of the award is to encourage students to consider Transportation Engineering/Planning in their studies and career aspirations, and to provide partial financial support for tuition and fees to students who have demonstrated an interest and are likely to work in the transportation field.

Seyed Ali is advised by Prof. Samuel Labi, and Margaret is advised by Prof. Darcy Bullock.
