Bismark Agbelie has been awarded the Spring 2013 CE Outstanding Graduate Student. This award recognizes excellence in both research and service to the school, college and the university community. All CE graduate students graduating this May and August are eligible for this award.

Eligibility Criteria include:

• Service to Purdue (to the College of Engineering or the university as whole)
• Service to Community (volunteer work, community projects)
• Service Character (willingness to serve, positive attitude, helpful and enjoyable)
• Organizational Involvement (student organizations and clubs, honor  societies and organizations, departmental organizations)
• Technical Achievements (patents, publications, research work, technical awards)
• Academic Achievements (honors, awards, teaching assistant)
