Suman Chakraborty, Logan Kamperschroer and Jeremy Marcum were selected for the scholarships, specifically awarded to graduate students in propulsion in the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Ryan Murphy, a junior in AAE, received a $10,000 scholarship from the Wings Club Foundation.

A state-of-the-art, high-speed imaging system is coming to Maurice J. Zucrow Laboratories, thanks to a grant awarded through the Department of Defense’s Defense University Research Instrumentation Program (DURIP).

Geoffrey Andrews, Elizabeth Benitez and Paul Witsberger were selected to receive Purdue Forever Fellowship, a $5,000 scholarship.

Karol Blasinski, a junior in AAE, and Pavi Ravi, a graduate student, attended the Forbes Under 30 Summit as part of the Forbes Under 30 Scholars Program.

J.R. Carrillo, a Lieutenant Commander in the Coast Guard and a master's student in AAE, received one of the military's top honors for a pilot on Friday.
