Congratulations to Amanda Haapala who has been selected to receive an Outstanding Service Scholarship in recognition of her contributions to the school, college, and university. Amanda is a doctoral student working with Prof. Kathleen Howell.

Prof. Li Qiao was recently awarded a CAREER grant, the National Science Foundation's most prestigious honor for young researchers
