Favour is currently the director and chief engineer for Weights, Loads and Dynamics in the BCA Flight Sciences organization. His former position was the unit chief for FTEA (Flight Test Engineering Analysis) in BT&E (Boeing Test & Evaluation). Prior to BT&E, Favour was the SC&P (Safety, Certification and Performance) and test integration leader on the 737MAX Program. He also has held roles as the senior manager responsible for Product Development in the Flight Sciences organization and the senior manager responsible for the 787, 747-8, product development and process development within the Loads and Dynamics organization. He was the leader for the enterprise level team developing the Boeing Aeroelastic Process for loads and dynamics analysis. Favour previously worked in defense in various missile programs focusing on loads analysis and testing. He has worked on several Boeing commercial airplane programs including the 737 Next Generation, 747, 777, 767, Sonic Cruiser, 747-8 and the 787. He is a graduate of Purdue University in Aeronautics and Astronautics and also holds a master's degree from the University of Washington in Aerospace Engineering.
