IEEE ROV Team - 2nd Place at the MATE International ROV Competition

IE Students were part of team that set a Guinness Record - Mayank Garg, Carlos Hinojosa and Javier Garcia  members of the Purdue Society for Professional Engineers broke the record with their 300 step Rube Goldberg Machine.

 Industrial Engineering Graduate Students Sung-Hee Kim, Arkajyoti Roy, Chung Yin So and Jikai Zou for receiving awards at the College of Engineering Graduate Student Research, Teaching and Service Awards Program.

IIE Great Lakes Regional Conference - Tim Duket 1st place and Tanya Nagatani 2nd place in the Technical Papers Contest.

Heather Sweeney - Recognized at National Engineers week as one of the top 15 student engineers from around the world.

Dadi Xing - Best Poster Award (2nd place) at the INFORMS 2011 Annual Meeting.

Mithum Jacob - Selected as one of 5 finalists for the Best Paper Student Award at the IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man and Cybermetrics (SMC) 2011.

Hyesung Seok, Rodrigo Reyes Levalle and Manuel Scavarda - Awarded the "Shining Star" at the Kimberly-Clark Latin American Operations 2011 International Competition
