What is the date for Purdue Space Day (PSD) 2020?

Where is PSD held?

Purdue Space Day will be a VIRTUAL event this year.

What time does PSD start?

The day will begin at approximately 10:00 am.

What time does PSD end?

The day will finish at approximately 3:30 pm.

What time zone is Purdue on?

Eastern Standard Time (EST)

How do I sign up my child for PSD 2020?

Registration for PSD 2020 will be held online. It is now open and all participants will be accepted.

How much does PSD cost?

How do I know that my child has a place at Purdue Space Day?

You will receive an email with confirmation from Purdue Space Day. A second email will be sent out in October with more detailed information. If you have any questions, please email

Can I participate for part of the day?

Yes. Since Purdue Space Day is a virtual event this year, you may participate based upon your availability.

What if I have to cancel for any reason?

When will my child receive their bags, activity booklets, and nametags?

Materials will be mailed in early October to all registered participants. 

What time and where is the astronaut presentation?

It is at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 3:00 pm.

Can I get a t-shirt?

T-shirts will be sold online.  All proceeds help offset the costs of putting on this event each year.  Additional details will be posted.
