Marisela joined the Boeing company in November of 2021 as the new vice president of BDS Total Quality. Previously she worked at Eaton Corp., where she spent three years as vice president, Corporate Quality and Continuous Improvement. Prior to that, she worked as a quality leader for UTC Aerospace Systems and for Six Sigma Systems, Inc. She began her more than 20-year career at the Ford Motor Co. where she held several key engineering and leadership roles. Marisela holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a master’s of Business Administration, both from the University of Michigan; as well as a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
