Dr. Paul Chhabra rejoined Applied Materials, the global leader in materials engineering solutions for the semiconductor and flat panel display industries, in 2022 as Corporate Vice President of Global Supply Chain and is an Executive Officer of the company. He is responsible for leading the global commodity, purchasing, and supply chain planning functions for the corporation. Prior to rejoining Applied, he was COO for Ichor Systems, which specializes in gas and chemical delivery systems and subsystems that are used in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices, and Vice President of Global Product Supply for Franklin Electric, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of products and systems focused on the movement and management of water and fuel. In his 22 year career, Dr. Chhabra has been instrumental in leading various operations and engineering organizations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Product Development. Dr. Chhabra has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Illinois, a master and Ph.D. degree in engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. Throughout his career, Dr. Chhabra authored or co-authored several papers on materials processing and materials interface characterization.
