Toni Simon Wallace has over 25 years of experience in retail. Over the course of her career, she has helped to develop breakthrough and evolutionary organizational and design improvements in Retail Business Intelligence, Store Operations and Supply Chain Management. Toni is currently the Vice President, Director Program Management at The TJX Companies, Inc. Toni joined TJX in 1998. TJX, a Fortune 100 company, is the leading off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the U.S and worldwide. Throughout her time at TJX she has held various roles in management and engineering in the business and in IT. In her current role, Toni leads and manages the development and implementation of complex global strategies. This is done through collaborating with teams to identify and implement opportunities that aim to improve profit, increase customer satisfaction and drive sales. Toni is passionate about the business model and culture at TJX and takes every opportunity to formally and informally mentor many of the talented people she works with. Prior to joining TJX, Toni worked for CVS Health, helping lead their supply chain management initiatives and also at Frito-Lay, working in engineering and operations management. Toni met her husband, Michael Wallace, while at Purdue. They reside in Massachusetts, where have been happily married for 33 years. They are the proud parents of two grown children, Paul Wallace (Columbia 2010, Brown Med 2019) and MaryBeth Wallace (Providence College, London School of Economics 2011).
