Warren Blanchard is the Vice President of High Speed Data Strategy and Operations for Time Warner Cable. In this role, Warren is responsible for providing strategic planning and product management for the company's residential high-speed data. Warren is a seasoned product management, operations and finance executive with over 20 years of experience building value for Fortune 500 companies and starts-ups. Before Time Warner Cable, he co-founded and managed Potomac Strategy Consultants (PSC), a management consulting firm specializing in business strategy and financial analysis for media and technology companies. Prior to PSC, Warren served in a number of operations, finance and engineering roles for major organizations like FINRA (formally NASD), Ernst & Young and Honda of America. Warren holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and MBA from Purdue's Krannert Graduate School of Management. Warren is a graduate of two prominent executive leadership programs - The Corporate Athlete and NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP). He is currently on the board of trustees for the Woods Academy, and a former advisory board member of the Krannert Alumni Association, the Emerging Technology Consortium, and the YMCA of Silver Spring, Maryland. Warren is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast, and lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife and three sons.
