Cynthia Weldon

Cynthia M. Weldon-Dodson (BSIE 1980) Retired - Global Business Advisor & Operations Manager, Institute for Business Value at IBM. She was employed at IBM since 1983. Significant positions include Global Leader for the practitioner support network in Ireland, and Manager of globally-integrated capabilities delivery process standards. Weldon also serves as the president of the Weldon Foundation, a private family foundation. Previously, she served as president, vice president, and director for the Laura Holland Uzzell Foundation, which supports the Sterling Montessori Academy and Charter School in Morrisville, NC. She earned a BSIE from Purdue University in 1980, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1983. She was named a Purdue University Outstanding Industrial Engineer in 2016.
