Some leveraged their technical background into product and data-driven roles. Others took entrepreneurial paths and founded their own companies, while some moved into business leadership and commercial operations across global organizations.

The 2025 38 by 38 class shows that IE graduates continue to be at the forefront of innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. This breadth demonstrates that IE offers a foundation broad enough to launch many different types of impactful careers.
