She began her career at Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, where she took on a series of increasingly complex roles, ultimately earning five promotions in five years. A decade ago, she relocated to Dubai to join Honeywell International, stepping into new challenges and unfamiliar markets with a strong focus on customer value and team collaboration.

Today, she serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Honeywell's Middle East and Africa region, where she leads the commercial strategy for a $1.5B+ business spanning aerospace, oil and gas, industrial automation, and digital transformation. Her role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to help industries transition from legacy systems to more sustainable, technology-driven models while driving meaningful growth for Honeywell and its customers.

Over the years, Ghiya has led regional portfolios worth hundreds of millions, guided long-term customer strategy across global accounts, and contributed to double-digit growth in high-potential markets. Along the way, she's built partnerships across sectors, collaborated with senior industry and government leaders, and remained focused on enabling practical, scalable progress.

She was honored to be selected as one of Honeywell's top global strategic account leaders and has completed multiple leadership development programs. Just as importantly, she continues to mentor colleagues and contribute to STEM outreach efforts believing strongly in the importance of developing the next generation of talent.
