Gary Cheng selected as a 2023 SME Fellow
Cheng is invited to attend a ceremony this fall to honor the 2023 SME Fellows, which will take place in Long Beach, CA. Election as an SME Fellow is one of the most prestigious honors bestowed by the organization.
SME, formerly known as The Society of Manufacturing Engineers, was founded in 1932 as the Society of Tool Engineers. SME has been recognizing members for their accomplishments since 1954 and has recognized SME Fellows since 1986.
SME is a non-profit comprised of professionals, educators and students that are commited to the mission of promoting manufacturing, as well as supporting the manufacturing industry.
