Submission Instructions

You are invited to submit:

  • Poster/short/position papers (up to 8 pages, excluding references)
  • Full papers (up to 15 pages, excluding references and Supplementary)
  • Review/Tutorial papers (up to 25 pages, excluding references

The submissions should adhere to the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science paper guidelines.

Submissions can be made on the OpenReview portal. We welcome articles currently under review, papers planned for publication elsewhere, or recently published papers.

Accepted papers will be published in an edited volume by Springer. Authors will have option to publish extended abstract rather than a full paper, especially in cases where papers have been previously submitted or published.

Accepted papers will be made public on OpenReview. Please note, this is not considered publication, and thus authors retain copyright. In case of published articles, please refer to policies for having author versions online.

Review Process: All submissions will be rigorously evaluated by expert reviewers to assess whether the submitted work lies within the scope of the symposium. All submissions will be evaluated through a single-blind review to ensure a fair peer-review process. The authors have the option of keeping the papers anonymous for submission, if they so like.
