Dr. Michael Harris selected as Fellow Member in ASEE

Dr. Michael T. Harris, Associate Dean of Engineering for Undergraduate Education and the Robert B. and Virginia V. Covalt Professor of Chemical Engineering at Purdue University, has been selected as Fellow Member in the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE). Dr. Harris was selected for his outstanding contributions to ASEE and the field of engineering education.

Dr. Michael T. Harris, Associate Dean of Engineering for Undergraduate Education and the Robert B. and Virginia V. Covalt Professor of Chemical Engineering at Purdue University, has been selected as Fellow Member in the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE). Dr. Harris was selected for his outstanding contributions to ASEE and the field of engineering education.

Fellow Members are chosen based on a nomination for the position, which includes references in support of the nominee. The ASEE Fellow Member Committee then conducts a thorough review and evaluation of all nominees, and final selection to Fellow Membership is a highly regarded honor.

Dr. Harris will receive the award at the 2017 ASEE Annual Conference and Exposition during the Annual Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, June 28 in Columbus, Ohio.
