Haorang is a third year student, working under the guidance of Professor Yue Wu. His research is related to nanowire heterostructure-based thermoelectric materials for waste heat recovery.

Haorang was selected for the honor based on his excellence and scholastic achievement. The fellowship will provide him with $10, 000 for his research.
