Research Paper and Poster Competitions are open to the public, and are an excellent opportunity to learn about student research projects. Sponsored by Catalent
Research Paper Competition
The Research Paper Competition is consists of a 15-minutes student presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session from judges and audience.
Time: 9:30am – 12:00pm
Location: WALC 2127 and 2124
Research Poster Competition
The Research Poster Competition is comprised of individual, 3-5 minute presentations that showcase student Chemical Engineering research being conducted at universities across the North Central Region. Free donuts and coffee will be available for anyone who participates or attends.
Time: 9:30am – 12:00pm (Set-up begins at 9:00am)

Chem-E-Car Competition
AIChE's Chem-E-Car competition tasks teams with designing and constructing a shoe box-sized car powered by a chemical reaction that will safely carry a specified load over a given distance. Sponsored by Ingredion
