Welcome to the CQEM Lab

The Computational Quantum ElectroMagnetics lab is interested in the development of efficient multiscale and multiphysics modeling methods to help accelerate the design process of quantum electromagnetic devices that can be used in building quantum information processing hardware. We approach these problems by developing novel quantum theoretical frameworks that can leverage the latest advances in computational electromagnetics research. We are also interested in applying our new computational electromagnetics methods to the design and analysis of a variety of classical electromagnetic devices that include combinations of multiscale, multiphysics, time-varying, and nonlinear features.

We currently have multiple openings for motivated graduate research assistants. Undergraduate research is also available through the VIP program. Please go to the Contact Us page for more details.
