A paper written by Professors Fred Mannering and Srinivas Peeta, along with graduate student Yuntao (Ross) Guo has received the inaugural TRB AT045 Intermodal Freight Award. The award will be presented at the 2015 TRB Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.

The title of the paper is "Rail-Truck Multimodal Freight Collaboration: A Statistical Analysis of Freight Shipper Perspectives." The AT045 Committee supports research to serve both the public and private sectors.
