About the Academy
Leadership Beyond Technical Excellence
The Leadership Training Program, designed and delivered by Jen Marvin and Luke Feldmeier, prepares Construction Engineering students to become effective leaders in a rapidly evolving construction industry.
Through interactive discussions, leadership challenges, peer learning, and practical application, participants gain the skills necessary to lead teams, communicate effectively, and create positive project outcomes.
