Dr. Antonio Bobet has received the "National Award for Significant Contributions in Science and Technology – SENACYT Panama" for his contributions to research. The award was presented by Dr. Rubén Berrocal, National secretary of SENACYT, the Office of Science, Technology and Innovation of Panama. The award ceremony took place during the International Congress Panama Canal 2012, where Dr. Bobet was a keynote speaker.
