CCE graduate student Rishika Tumula has been selected by the Indiana Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers as a recipient of the Edward J Cox Memorial Transportation Scholarship.

The Edward J. Cox Memorial Transportation Scholarship Award is presented annually by the Indiana Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers to encourage students to consider transportation engineering/planning in their studies and career aspirations and to provide partial financial support for tuition and fees to students who have demonstrated an interest in and are likely to work in the transportation field.

Rishika Tumula is a master's student in Transportation Engineering and a member of the Sustainable Transportation Systems Research Group. With a background in civil engineering and urban planning, her research focuses on travel demand modelling, traffic impact studies, and response to emerging technologies.
