Congratulations to Prof. Kumares Sinha on being awarded the 2011 James Laurie Prize. This award was given by the ASCE Transportation and Development Institute to Dr. Sinha "for contributions to the advancement of transportation infrastructure engineering and management and to the education of transportation professionals worldwide."  The selection committee also cited Dr. Sinha's diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism.  The award will be presented at the TDI Congress in Chicago later this month.
