Lyndon Kelley is the Irrigation Educator for both Michigan and Indiana, through a unique partnership between Purdue University and Michigan State University. Based in St. Joseph County, Michigan (just north of Elkhart County, Indiana), he provides irrigation and water use information and tools for both states. His workshops, presentations, and publications focus on irrigation scheduling, costs, system uniformity, and water rights rules.
