Dr. Huggins was Head of the department from 1981-1994 and President of the American Society of Agricultural Engineering for 1999-2000. His current position is Associate Dean for Resource Planning and Management in the College of Engineering. His fields of technical specialization are hydrology, water quality, remote data acquisition/control, and technology-based learning environments.
