GEP Call for applications: Learning community assistant

 

The Global Engineering Program seeks an undergraduate student to help support the Global Engineering Cultures and Practice Learning Community during the Fall 2014 semester. The primary responsibilities for this position will include: 1) assist with the operations of the 1-credit ENGR 103 seminar class associated with this learning community, 2) help facilitate in-class interactions and activities (group break-out work, interactive exercises, etc.), and 3) aid in planning out-of-classroom activities for the learning community. The student selected for this position will work closely with the learning community instructors, and will be eligible for a modest stipend. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, well-organized, a good communicator, and passionate about global engineering.
