October 2019

National Science Foundation Security Program PI Meeting: Oct 28-29, Alexandria, VA.

If you are attending the PI meeting, consider participating in our project’s demonstration session. It is for the project titled “The Impacts of Human Decision-Making on Security and Robustness of Interdependent Systems”. In this demo, we will set up a computer game where you get to defend an interconnected set of assets by putting $ investments according to a given budget and see how an automated attacker fares against your defenses. This is joint work with Shreyas Sundaram (Purdue ECE) and Tim Cason (Purdue Econ). [ Details (PDF) ]

The undergraduate researcher on the project, Xingchen Wang, has received the award to present at the undergraduate track of the meeting.

Here is the poster on our project, to be presented at this meeting. [ PDF ]
