Visiting Students

Linda Mendez Aroca, PhD Student

Linda is studying electrical engineering at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She attended to the 12th Integrated Circuits Design Bootcamp, Chile organized by Synopsys and the Universidad Tecnica Federico, Santa Maria where she worked on the design flow of integrated circuits. She participated in the qualifying round and classification in the final round of the XXVI Colombian Mathematics Olympiad. 

Linda was a Mathematics and Circuit tutor of the program Tutorias con Ingenio where she guided and supported the students of the engineering faculty in the area of mathematics and electrical engineering. She is currently a visiting scholar student at Purdue University under the guidance of Prof. Kaushik Roy. Her research interests include VLSI design and machine learning hardware. She likes playing basketball and hiking. accelerator.
